Trauma & PTSD

PTSD and trauma can make everyday life feel unpredictable, exhausting, and isolating. You may experience flashbacks, nightmares, hypervigilance, or a sense of emotional numbness. These are not signs of weakness—they are natural responses to overwhelming experiences. As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping you gently process what you've been through, reconnect with your sense of safety, and build a life that feels more grounded, empowered, and whole..

Depression

Depression can feel like a heavy weight that makes even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming. It can cloud your thoughts, drain your energy, and make it hard to feel connected—to others and even to yourself. You might feel numb, hopeless, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. In therapy, we work together to gently uncover the roots of your pain, explore your emotions with compassion, and help you rediscover hope, meaning, and connection—one step at a time.

Anxiety

Anxiety often shows up as racing thoughts, tension in your body, or a constant sense of worry—sometimes without a clear reason why. It can make it difficult to relax, sleep, focus, or feel present in your daily life. You may feel like you're always bracing for something to go wrong. In therapy, we’ll work together to understand what your anxiety is trying to protect you from and gently develop tools to calm your mind, regulate your body, and create more ease and confidence in your everyday life.
